Charged with the ministry of our vision statement, the College is committed to the following core values:
Justice
Justice is treating each person with fairness, and inclusion, standing up for what is right and being a voice for those you are vulnerable or silenced.
Compassion
Compassion is the non-judgemental understanding of another’s needs and giving to help meet them. It is shown by having care and consideration for all people, considering the feelings and emotions of others.
Service
Service is doing thing that make a positive difference to others. It is shown when we help others voluntarily, participate in Christian Service Learning, and give of our time to improve the world around us.
Excellence
Excellence is achieving at the highest possible level. We show this by hard work in lessons, having high standards of behaviour and encouraging others to do their best.
Dignity
Dignity is recognising the inherent worth of every individual. We see the “face of God” in ourselves and each other, respecting everyone we encounter and supporting others to create a safe and welcoming environment
