Parent Teacher Student Interviews
Guide to Booking your Parent Teacher Student Interviews
Date: Tuesday 21 April, 10:00am–6:00pm
Venue: Finucane Gym
Interview length: 8 minutes each
Student attendance & dress: Attend only for scheduled time(s); smart casual clothing.
Accessing Booked
Parents will receive via email:
- A direct link to the Mercy College portal: Booked
- Username (Surname)
- PIN/Password
You can log in on a computer or mobile browser.
Booking Interviews
1. Click on the link
- Your login is your surname
- Your PIN/Password is: <<PIN>>
- Click Login
2. Select the date
3. Select your preferred start time
4. Select interviews by subject
- Subjects where the teacher has requested a meeting are marked.
Please prioritise these teachers.
- Select up to six interviews
- Click Next
5. Optimise your start time if you wish
- Click Next
- Click Finish
- Click Download Bookings
After you book
6. You may:
- download a record of your bookings
- receive an email by clicking email and send
- click Logout when you have finished.
