All College staff are approachable, compassionate and are dedicated to making the students feel safe at all times, as well as creating an enjoyable and memorable time whilst at Mercy.
The essence of the College is the pastoral care for the students, of which is always a priority for staff. Teaching, administration and grounds staff will go over and above what is expected of them to ensure students are provided with opportunities for success. Mercy College has a dedicated team to deal with pastoral care issues and support students through times of difficulty and crisis.
